River with close accessibility to the Gulf of Mexico via Perdido Pass. Beautiful
public beaches are just five minutes away.
Home includes a private
pool, spa, boat dock w/sun deck and pier making it a wonderful place for
swimming, fishing and boating. The second level includes living room, dining area
including breakfast bar for six and large kitchen with all amenities. Two master
bedrooms, king-sized beds and private baths also on second level.. Third level
includes large great room, two oversized bedrooms with 2 queen size beds in
each. Each bedroom has private bath with shared tub/shower area. All bedrooms
have porches overlooking pool. Lower level has game room with pool table , wet
bar and pull out queen-sized sofa. A bedroom with queen bed and private bath are
also located on lower level. .
