RESERVATION POLICIES

•  There will be a $28.00 non-refunded processing fee for all reservations.

•  Deposit will be 2 night's rent.

•  Deposit does not apply towards rent and is held as a damage deposit.

•  Deposit will be refunded by mail within 10 days of departure if unit is left in good order.

•  A separate deposit is required for each week reserved.

•  Guest is responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, you will be billed accordingly.

•  Reservations during Summer Seasons must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit and processing fee are due within 10 days from the date of booking. 50% of the total rental amount is due 90 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If  reservation is canceled less than 90 days prior to arrival all pre-paid rent amounts will be forfeited unless the unit is re-booked for the entire stay.

• A confirmation letter will be sent with all pertinent information regarding rental after we receive your deposit and processing fee.

• No Pets.

• No person under 25 years of age will be allowed to rent premises. All persons under 25 years of age must be closely supervised by the renter. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will result in loss of deposit and rent.

• Bed linens, sheets & towels will be provided.  Start-up supply of soap and paper products.

• CHECK IN will be 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

• CHECK OUT before 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you check out after 10:00 a.m., a full day will be charged.  When you leave, please dispose of all food and trash.

• We will accept personal checks, visa and master card.
